The contract automatically continues until termination is communicated in writing to our customer service ([email protected]). Our contracts have a one (1) month notice period. If annual billing has been chosen, services can be terminated at the end of that specific contract period.
After submitting the termination confirmation, the customer will receive all necessary information for transferring domain management, such as the transfer key (Auth Code) and DNS records. The domain must be transferred out of our management within one month of the key being provided, preferably as soon as possible after the termination is confirmed.
When the contract is terminated, all domains managed by Seravo must be transferred to another service provider, for example, Domainkeskus. Seravo does not manage or maintain domains alone; a valid service package is always required alongside them.
