Ordering
Seravo's service package includes everything you need for website hosting: scalable server space, maintenance of one domain name, SSL certificate, automatic backups, maintenance, and customer service. These are often additional services with other providers. Seravo differs from regular hosting services in that we also take care of WordPress and plugin updates, security, and backups. This means you don't have to pay extra to have WordPress updated to the latest version or to have your files restored from backups. Investing in secure and functional websites is a profitable investment for your company!
Selecting a Service Package Or Changing the Service Level
Seravo's service packages are priced primarily based on the capacity required by the number of visitors to the website. You can compare the features and prices of different packages in our price list. The capacity limits of the service packages are indicative, and your website will never be shut down even if the number of visitors exceeds the specified limit. However, if the resource limits used by the website are repeatedly exceeded, our sales team will contact you regarding the need to change the price of the service package.
You can also contact us directly if you want to lower or raise your service level. With monthly billing, you can freely raise and lower your service level, but with annual billing, we do not refund money paid in advance if the service level is lowered. If, on the other hand, the service level is increased, we will send a new additional invoice to cover the new price of the service.
For example, you have paid β¬630 (+ VAT 25.5%) for the WP Business service for the following year with an annual invoice. If you want to upgrade your service level to WP Corporate (β¬1,170/year + 25.5% VAT), you will receive an additional invoice at the end of the service period to cover the cost of the service from the date of the upgrade onwards. If, on the other hand, you want to downgrade your service from WP Business to WP Pro (price β¬390/year + 25.5% VAT), you will not receive a refund for the period already paid for.
Filling Out the Order Form
Once you have selected the service package, you can order it using our order form. The order form must be completed, whether you are ordering a completely new website or transferring an existing WordPress website to Seravo.
Use the form to tell us which domain you want us to register for you. The service package price includes one main domain. If you already have a domain, please indicate this on the order form. At the same time, indicate any additional services you want, such as email service or additional domains. We charge for parallel domains according to our price list. Additional services can also be ordered later by contacting our customer service at [email protected].
Transfer of Domain Management
Once you have filled out and submitted the order form, a window will open where you can send us the transfer details for your existing domain. You can also send us this information later by emailing our customer service. Using this form, you can send us the transfer key you received from your previous service provider, as well as DNS records, if you also want to transfer your domain and name services to Seravo's management. Automatic domain renewal is also included in the price of the service.

Service Launch And Website Publication
We process your order as quickly as possible, usually within the same working day. After processing, you will receive an email with the login details you need to access the WordPress admin panel for your new website. You don't need to install or download anything on your computer β your website is ready to be developed right away!
The publication is made by the domain administrator. If you have transferred the administration of your domain to us, we can make the publication and necessary changes on your behalf. At this stage at the latest, Seravo must be provided with the domain's DNS records and the transfer key, if this information has not yet been provided to us. You can send us the necessary information by email to our customer service. First, we will transfer the domain management, after which we can update the DNS records. Once the records are updated, the domain will start directing web traffic to Seravo's server. It usually takes a moment for the certificate (Let's Encrypt) to settle after the DNS changes. The SSL certificate is included in the price of the service.
When the site is ready for publication, please contact our customer service by email. Otherwise, forward the DNS records we provided in the order confirmation to your domain administrator and ask them to update the DNS records to point to Seravo's service.
Ordering Additional Services
All additional services are listed in our price list. Additional services can be ordered at any time by contacting our customer service. Unfortunately, you cannot open an email account or order a new domain yourself; you will need the help of our customer service.
We always charge for expert work on an hourly basis according to the work performed. Please contact our customer service if you would like a precise time estimate for the work on your website.
