How do I Access the Site with FTP?

When your site was deployed, you were sent two sets of credentials

  • one to the WordPress admin area
  • one to use with SSH/SFTP
The SSH/SFTP is something a developer can use to access the files and command line systems available on the server. Note also the  port number given to you. When you set up your SSH or FTP program, you need to give it the credentials and the port number.
Also make sure you check the option "use secure connection" in your FTP program. Unlike traditional hosting services, Seravo does not have any unsecure connections available to ensure the safety of its customers. Sending your password over an unencrypted connection is something that should never happen, and Seravo always helps its customers to avoid that.
