Technical Contacts

A site hosted at Seravo can have one or multiple technical contact persons, who will get notified and contacted in technical matters, such as when an error is detected on the website by Seravo's 24/7 monitoring. The contact emails can be managed via the WordPress dashboard under the Tools -> Upkeep menu.

As the site owner you should make sure that the information is up to date. You can add multiple emails to the contact list so you should always add the emails of your digital agency partner, site developer etc. to make sure that the correct people are informed.

We send all kinds of information regarding the site to the technical contacts. We might contact you because of some problem in the PHP code in the site, about some plugin compatibility issue or if there is a security issue that has been caught our monitoring.

We use the word Technical Contact as the client often has different contacts for billing related communication.
