You can use the basic email service provided by Seravo through a webmail interface (Roundcube) or connect it to a separate email application. If you are used to an interface like Gmail, you can set up email forwarding to your Gmail address. Additionally, you can configure Gmail to send messages using your own domain name. See: Setting up your Domain with Free Gmail.
You set up forwarding using the Filters section in the Roundcube webmail settings. First, log in and follow these steps:
Open the Filters section in Roundcube settings.
Name the filter, e.g., "Forwarding."
Select all messages to ensure all incoming emails are processed.
Choose Send message copy to from the dropdown menu; this keeps a backup copy of the messages on the server.
Enter your Gmail address (or other desired address) into the text field. Save the filter by clicking Save.
Test the forwarding functionality by sending a test message to the basic email address you obtained from Seravo. A copy of the message should be delivered to the email address you entered in step 5.
