Traffic Management and Scalability
Although we suggest you choose the plan according to visitor recommendations:
We will never shut down your site due to higher traffic volume.
However, if the suggestive amount of visitors and HTTP requests is repeatedly exceeded, we will contact you. We will then discuss the need to upgrade to a bigger service package.
Placing Your Order
Order Form: Once you've chosen the plan you want, you can order it from our website by filling out the order form. This is required whether you are launching a new site or migrating an existing WordPress site to Seravo.com.
Processing: We will process your order as quickly as possible, normally within the same working day.
Credentials: After the order has been processed, you will receive your login credentials via email. You can use these credentials to log in to your new site's WordPress administration panel.
