Where can I see my service contract?

You can see the level of your service contract by logging in to the site, under Tools > Site Status in the admin panel. Your service contract is displayed in the Site information -box. The features of the service package can be found in our price list.

The order confirmation delivered at the time of ordering confirms the transaction and serves as a contract for the ordered service. We do not make separate service descriptions or contracts for other services. For more detailed information on the service and package details, please refer to the price list on our website. You can also find the service package in use on your invoice.
