Where can I see my service plan?

You can see the plan type by logging in to your website. In the WordPress admin panel, locate Tools > Site Status. You can see the plan type listed in the Site information box.For the features of each plan, please refer to the plan guide on our website.

You will receive an order confirmation upon the time of your order. This confirmation functions as a contract of the ordered services. Seravo does not provide a separate service documentation or contracts of other services. All available plans are listed on our website. You can also see the service plan on your latest bill.
